Since winter is arriving much faster than we think, we're giving you a few tips to boost your immune system! Simple advice that everyone can do, let's get started!

Drink some tea!

First and foremost, drink tea! Green tea in particular is very rich in antioxidants due to its high concentration of polyphenols; it is also stimulating and energizing. We recommend consuming it in the morning and before 3 p.m. to avoid sleep disturbances.
White tea is also very effective at boosting the immune system; it combats premature cell aging and helps maintain a healthy immune system. We recommend drinking tea throughout the year, but especially during autumn and winter (while respecting the maximum number of cups per day).

Eat healthily

We'll keep hearing it: eat healthily, consume fruits and vegetables, drink 2 liters of water a day, but why? Because we are what we eat! Eat fast food and drink liters of soda every day and you'll quickly see the negative effects on your health.
On the other hand, if you eat fruits and vegetables and cook varied and balanced meals that are much better than fast food, your body will thank you. In addition to feeling good physically, your mind will feel good too: a healthy mind in a healthy body!

Spend your money

Being active goes hand in hand with a healthy, balanced diet. We live in a fast-paced world, and not everyone has the time to dedicate to physical activity. The secret is to choose an activity you enjoy, and why not take advantage of the opportunity to do it with friends? Dancing, yoga, boxing… the choice is yours.
The other option is to exercise at home; due to the lockdown, we have all revised our way of living and training, and there are many applications and videos offering short, very effective workouts!

Use natural food supplements

If you are severely lacking in energy, you could turn to food supplements from the pharmacy, but be sure to ask your pharmacist for advice, as they are the best person to tell you which supplement would be best for your needs because the list is long: vitamin C, zinc, multivitamin, acerola….

Stop smoking

Our most important advice: quit smoking. We could list all the risks involved, but you need to know them. Quitting smoking is the best way to boost your immune system. So, when will you quit?
