By subscribing to T•Surprise, you'll receive a monthly box of carefully selected teas and infusions centered around an inspiring theme. Each box includes a selection of teas or infusions, a treat, and a surprise, delivered directly to your door.
Two subscription options are offered: the monthly subscription, billed automatically each month and fully flexible, and the prepaid subscription, paid in advance for several months, ideal for gifting or enjoying peace of mind.

For monthly subscriptions , payment is taken on the 10th of each month . This fixed date allows us to prepare and ship the boxes together, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
For 3, 6, or 12-month prepaid subscriptions , payment is made in a single purchase at the time of ordering . No further charges are made during the subscription period.

Subscription orders are grouped between the 14th and 15th of each month in order to preserve the element of surprise.
The boxes are then prepared and shipped between the 16th and 20th of each month , allowing the entire T•Surprise community to discover the teas of the month at the same time .

Yes. Delivery is included for monthly and prepaid subscriptions in Quebec and Ontario. There are no additional delivery charges in these provinces.
