HALLOWEEN, surely our favorite party, well maybe just after Christmas ☺ First of all because, as we said in our previous article, autumn is by far the most pleasant season of the year: its beautiful colors, its mild temperatures, its culinary delights... And to top it all off, its legendary Halloween day!
Of course, Halloween is first and foremost about finding the scariest costume? The funniest one?... Anyway, between witches or princesses, the choice is yours ☺

1- Banana-chocolate Halloween lollipops


Ingredient
• 110g Oat flakes
• 110g Banana(s)
• 60g peanut butter
• 2 Egg(s)
• 150g dessert chocolate
• 5g Almond(s)
Preparation
Melt the chocolate
Step 1
• Mash the ripe banana and mix with the eggs
• Add the peanut butter
• Place in a square dish
• Bake for 15 minutes at 170°C
• Slice and make kebabs
• Place in the refrigerator
Step 2
• Melt the chocolate
• Mix with the almonds
• Dip the skewers in the still-warm chocolate and let them cool
• Add the decoration
• Place in the refrigerator

"Spiderweb" cupcake


For this second, slightly less healthy recipe, we suggest spiderweb cupcakes!
• 125 ml (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
• 310 ml (1 1/4 cups) of sugar
• 10 ml (2 tsp) of vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 500 ml (2 cups) of flour
• 10 ml (2 tsp) of baking powder
• 1 pinch of salt
• 60 ml (1/4 cup) of plain yogurt
• 125 ml (1/2 cup) of milk
Preparation
• Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
• Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla extract
• Add the eggs
• Mix the flour, baking powder and salt
• In another bowl, mix the yogurt and milk
• Divide the batter among the molds, filling them about 3/4 full
• Bake in the center of the oven for about 30 minutes
Icing
• 250 ml (1 cup) of unsalted butter, softened
• 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) of icing sugar
• 7.5 ml (1 1/2 tsp) of vanilla extract
• Food coloring
Decoration
• Top the cupcakes with vanilla frosting
• For the spider's legs, cut long strips of twisted black licorice (about 6 pieces per cake).
• For the spider's body, place a chocolate-covered almond between the legs. For a hairy spider, cover each side of the chocolate-covered almond with Oreo cookie crumbs.
