Meditate
Have you ever tried meditation? Meditation promotes mental well-being and reduces stress and anxiety. 2020 was a particularly difficult year, and we need it now more than ever. It can be as little as 10 minutes a day; choose a quiet place, dim the lights, and meditate for as long as it takes you to relax. There are many videos and apps available to help you with your meditations.
Pamper yourself
Take a hot bath, give yourself a manicure, a face mask, a hair mask, read a book… so many little things just for you that are important to feel good, relax and give yourself some time alone
Treat yourself to a tea break
