  • Add a tablespoon of honey

  • Separate the egg white from the yolk and keep only the white
  • Add 3 drops of tea tree essential oil
  • Add the jojoba oil
  • Mix everything together

- 1/3 cup of rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt

  • Mix the hot water with the oatmeal. Wait 3 minutes for the oats to soak up the water.
  • Add the remaining ingredients
  • Mix everything together
