There are also many anti-acne cosmetic products on the market based on green tea, and for good reason, because it is truly effective.
Did you also know that the tannins in tea can help give your skin a lovely color and bring out its radiance?
Finally, white tea is also known for its benefits on the skin, although green tea remains the most suitable and recognized.
White tea fights against skin aging due to its high concentration of polyphenols and antioxidants.
In short, as you will have understood, drinking green tea AND applying it to your skin will greatly help you fight acne.
Keep in mind that it takes about two weeks for a pimple to disappear completely! With two cups of green tea a day, you should see a noticeable improvement in your skin within the first week!
