A delicious Christmas treat: matcha shortbread cookies & homemade chai latte

The holiday season is fast approaching and we are thrilled :) The snow, Christmas music, evenings by the fireplace, hearty meals and delicious treats make it a magical time!
And since we have a sweet tooth, we're offering you a Christmas snack recipe to enjoy without moderation, to the delight of your taste buds :)

Matcha tea and spread shortbread cookies


Ingredients, for about 20 cookies
-200 g of flour
-2 tbsp of white almond puree
-70 ml of olive oil or other vegetable oil
-75 g + 20 g of light brown cane sugar powder
-6 tbsp of plant-based milk (rice or almond)
-2 heaped teaspoons of matcha tea powder
-1 pinch of salt
-1 tsp of vanilla powder
-200g of organic spread (homemade or store-bought)
Materials needed: cookie cutters of your choice
Preparing the biscuits Assembling the biscuits
Place the largest diameter biscuit on a plate. Add the spread, then stack 4 biscuits in the same way, from largest to smallest.

Christmas Chai Latte


To accompany this delicious treat, what could be better than a homemade chai latte with Christmas spices? Follow our recipe step by step, and succumb to this irresistible sweetness.
Ingredients
Here are the ingredients needed to prepare your chai latte
-10 wild berries
-5 cloves
-5 cardamom seeds
-1 cinnamon stick
-3 tablespoons of black tea
1/ Grind all the spices together.
2/ Add the spices to a saucepan and add one and a half cups of water.
3/ Bring to a boil, add 1 cup of milk. Boil again.
4/ Add the tea and let it steep for 3 minutes.
5/ Pour the chai tea latte, filtering the tea and spices through a sieve.
Enjoy while it's still hot :)
