This month, we were swept away by the sunny notes of Comuno-T 's One Night in Rio tea.
Its coconut and pineapple aromas gave us an irresistible desire to escape… and inspired this homemade granola recipe, crunchy as can be.
A simple, natural blend, scented with coconut oil, honey and chia seeds.
Be warned, though: this granola is highly addictive . You've been warned!
Ingredients

½ cup of rolled oats

½ cup quick-cooking oats

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup

2 tablespoons of tea One Night in Rio

1 tsp chia seeds

A pinch of salt
Preparation

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

In another bowl, mix the liquid ingredients.

Incorporate the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Spread the granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 20 to 30 minutes , stirring every 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven when the granola is golden brown.

Allow to cool completely… then enjoy.
Perfect for lunch, as a snack, or sprinkled on yogurt.
