Recipe of the month: Vanilla frozen yogurt with cranberries and tea

When the sun rises and the heat becomes intense, our bodies crave cool, light, and comforting breaks. Good news: we have exactly what we need.

This month, we're offering a healthy, ultra-refreshing, and deliciously simple snack : vanilla frozen yogurt, enhanced with cranberries and infused with tea. A recipe that comes together in just a few steps… and disappears far too quickly.

Ingredients (2 servings)

Preparation

  1. In an ice cube tray, distribute the vanilla yogurt.

    Place in the freezer for 5 hours or more , until firm cubes are obtained.

  2. Meanwhile, brew the Pu-erh tea in 1/3 cup of boiling water .

    Infuse for 10 to 30 minutes , depending on the desired strength. Allow to cool.

  3. In a container, place the frozen yogurt cubes, cranberries and tea infusion.

    Blend using an immersion blender until you obtain a smooth and creamy texture.

  4. Serve immediately… and enjoy without guilt.

T•Surprise Tip

This recipe can be adapted wonderfully: add a touch of honey, a few mint leaves or replace the cranberries with red berries depending on the season.
