Preparing your Christmas tea
Start by peeling the orange and arrange the zest on a baking sheet which you will put in the oven at 200 degrees, the zest should dry and not be cooked!
Next, toast the almonds in a pan, let them cool, then chop them, then crush the cinnamon stick.
In your container, add all the ingredients: almonds, vanilla, dried orange peel. Ideally, this mixture should be made a week in advance so that the flavors are even more pronounced.
Materials and decorations for your tea box
It would be a shame to store or give your tea in a container that doesn't evoke Christmas; nothing could be easier than making it yourself!
Gather small glass or iron jars, ribbons, curling ribbon, stickers, glitter, decals... choose the decoration of your choice and the colors you like.
Fill the containers with your Christmas tea and decorate them, then all that's left is to give them as gifts!
