Although its therapeutic results are not yet attested by scientific studies, consumers are completely satisfied with this drink, which strengthens the body. If you are one of those who suffer from digestive problems, know that eating kombucha is a powerful way to move with this discomfort. Indeed, it automatically eliminates intestinal inflammations which allows you to better digest your meals. It also spares you from high blood pressure and promotes the development of blood vessels. In case of insomnia or repetitive fatigue, the use of this tea gives you the opportunity to regain your old form and develop a remarkable lifestyle. If you suffer from rheumatism, diarrhea or hemorrhoids, constant daily consumption can help you overcome these problems once and for all. Some people even allow themselves to drink a liter a day to protect themselves from any sanitary falls.

How to make a kombucha recipe?

If some users are used to buying this drink in stores, others prefer to perform the combination on their own to ensure a perfect dosage. To do this, simply put 6 grams of green or black tea in a container of boiled water. Regarding the quantity of the latter, you can limit yourself to 1/4 liter. Then you will wait for about fifteen minutes while waiting for the water to cool down. Once finished, you will filter the liquid before mixing it with water at room temperature to a height of 1/4 liter. Subsequently, you can add sugar (65g), vinegar (10 cl) and kombucha for a perfect mix. Then you will cover the container with a line so that there is aeration. You will keep it at room temperature for one week and repeat a last filtration. So, you will have a perfect tea that you can regularly consume at home. As a reminder it is recommended to carry out the operation in a glass container and avoid contact with metal objects.
