I have subscribed, what will I receive?

You now have access to all the teas and infusions of the world. Every month you will receive a surprise box of teas, infusions and accessories, from the very traditional to the most outlandish.

Can I give a box as a gift?

You can give a tea subscription to your friends, family members, customers, etc. for the duration you want: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.

Do I have to order my box every month?

No. If you have opted for a monthly subscription, it will renew automatically every month, but you can cancel at any time. Please refer to our cancelation policy for further information.

Are there any additional charges?

No. Shipping costs within Canada are included in the price you pay for a monthly, quarterly, biannual or annual subscription. No surprises! For delivery abroad, there is an additional monthly shipping cost of $3 to the United States and $10 to all other international destinations.

I have an annual subscription. What happens at the end of 3, 6 or 12 months?

Your 3, 6 or 12-month subscription will not automatically renew. You will be notified of its upcoming expiry by email. To continue your subscription, you will need to renew it.

I want to try a box for a month, or give someone a box as a gift. How can I do this?

The monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time. You can sign up for a monthly subscription to receive a box or send it as a gift, then just cancel your subscription. Please refer to our cancellation polity for further details.

How are the contents of the box determined?

The final selection of teas and accessories is based on our themes throughout the year. The choice is made by considering many criteria like appearance, originality, origin, taste…and our personal opinion. The contents always remain a secret in order to surprise and amaze you!

Can I change my delivery address?

It is entirely possible to change your delivery address. You must contact us at: contact@tsurprise.com to make any changes before 11:59pm (EST) on the 9th of the month prior to the month when you want the change to be effective. You will receive confirmation via email stating that we have acknowledged your address change, which will be effective on the next order. We will start to deliver your treats to your new address.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Canada without additional shipping costs. We will deliver virtually anywhere in the world for an additional monthly charge of $3 to the United States and $10 to all other international destination.

What company ensures delivery?

We use Canada Post to ship our boxes, to guarantee a quick delivery at the best price.

When will my box be shipped?

We strive to ship orders between the 2nd and the 12th day of the following month.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping timeframes can vary between 24h-48h within Canada and up to several days for international destinations.

I still haven’t received my box, what should I do?

If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us at: contact@tsurprise.com so that we can find a solution.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time, by accessing your account and identifying yourself. Just go on “My Orders”, and select the order that you wish to suspend. Cancelation shall take effect after shipment of the last paid order. Your subscription cancelation request must be made between the 15 day and 11:59 (EST) on the 9th day of the previous month. For example, if you no longer wish to receive a box of tea for November, you have between 15 september and 11:59pm (EST) on October 9 to unsubscribe. However, when you first sign up, you can communicate with us to cancel within the first 30 days, and you can re-subscribe whenever you feel like it! Please note that fixed-term subscriptions of 3, 6 or 12 months cannot be cancelled.

How I active the gift card?

2. Activate your subscription by entering the code on the gift card
3. Enter your address of delivery and other information
4. Tea, Infusion and surprises are provided.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are securely processed on the Stripe platform. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or payments from your Stripe account.

What currency will you charge me?

Currency changes depending on the delivery address. If your shipping address is Canada, the currency will be in Canadian $. If your delivery address is the United States, we will charge you in US $.
