As the Kombucha, bubble tea is one of the trend drinks, but do you really know it? Find out more about it in this article and test a very easy recipe to make your bubble tea at home!

What is Bubble Tea?

Bubble tea or boba tea means tea with pearls or bubbles. Originally from Taiwan, this drink was born in the 80s. It is a delicious blend of green tea, or black with fruity flavors and usually with an addition of milk (almond, soy). The large tapioca pearls that line the bottom of the glass make it a unique and rather atypical drink. The tapioca beads of size XXL are aspirated thanks to a big straw. This soft and sweet drink is perfect for a gourmet and refreshing break!
