I had a sudden urge to make lemon iced black tea. After a few tries, Marie-France and I designed a cocktail made from tequila, rum and vodka. We called it Island Tea Cocktail! It is to consume with moderation!

Ingredients:

• 6 tbsp. tea or black tea bags with lemon
• 1 cup of boiling water
• Honey to taste
• Ice cubes
• 1 oz of brown rum
• 1 oz of tequila
• 1 oz of vodka
• 2 oz of triple sec
• 1 sliced lemon

The steps for preparation:

Infuse tea 4 to 7 minutes in boiling water. Add the honey and pour into a pitcher filled with ice cubes. Add rum, tequila, vodka, triple sec and sliced lemons. Mix it up, and garnish the lemon glasses, and you can enjoy your festive cocktail for the summer.

Summer is well established, the heat is presence, what better of a cocktail of iced tea to cool off. Here is a simple and original recipe to concoct: The Mentalime tea cocktail.

Ingredients:

• 6 teaspoons or tea bags with mint
• 1 cup of boiling water
• Honey (to taste)
• Ice cubes
• 3 oz of white rum
• Juice of 2 limes
• 1 cup sparkling water
• 8 mint leaves

The preparation steps:

Infuse tea 4 to 7 minutes in boiling water. Add honey and pour into a pitcher filled with ice cubes. Add rum, lime juice, sparkling water and mint leaves. Mix everything. Garnish glasses with lime wedges.

After the preparation, relax on your terrace with friends or a good book, with your iced tea cocktail.
