Spicy iced tea recipe

· 3 sachets or 4 tablespoons of green tea leaves
· 1.5 l of boiling water
· 4 cases of sugar
· 1 zest and the juice of 2 limes
· 1 pinch of cinnamon
 

Preparation

 
Boil the water then add the lemon zest and sugar, stir until a perfectly homogeneous mixture, let simmer 2-3 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
 
Remove the pan from the heat and add ** the tea ** either in a tea strainer or with tea bags ready. Let infuse the mixture for 30 minutes, add lemon juice and pinch of cinnamon.
 
Allow the mixture to cool for one hour at room temperature then place in the refrigerator until your tea is cold!

· 60 ml of liquid cream
· 95 ml brown rum
· 30 ml vanilla agave syrup
 

Preparation

 
Boil the water and infuse the tea for 10-15 minutes.
Pour the ** infused tea ** into an ice cube tray and place in the freezer. Wait for the ice to come out well before taking it out.
 
Add the brown rum, agave syrup and lemon in a blender then add the tea ice cubes, mix everything, pour into glasses and garnish with a few slices of fruit!

During a short stay in France, we took the time to visit Burgundy. We stopped in a small village to visit the Château du Clos Vougeot and its vineyards.

It was the monks of Cîteaux Abbey who built wine houses in the middle of the vineyards. The Château du Clos Vougeot is located on the wine route.

We were able to walk through the vineyards with the family and admire the landscape. A real moment of relaxation! I also made a find: "Tea Grandes Vignes". This Keemun black tea from China, with reasons, and natural aromas of reason, is as delicate as a delicious Burgundy wine.
