Autumn Recipe: Pumpkin Cheesecake

La belle saison automnale arrive et ce n’est pas pour nous déplaire ! Surement une des plus belles saisons avec ses 1001 couleurs, ses douces et ensoleillées journées.

L’automne c’est également l’arrivée de nouveaux fruits et légumes comme les courges, citrouilles, les châtaignes… et cela nous donne encore plus d’idées de recettes ☺

Aujourd’hui découvrez une première recette d’une longue série que l’on vous proposera pendant cette belle saison : Cheesecake à la citrouille

Ingrédients

• 1 paquet de biscuit sablé (ou d’autres biscuits secs si vous préférez)
• 100 g de beurre fondu
• 230 g de cream cheese battu
• 500 g de purée de potiron (sans eau rajoutée)
• 4 œufs
• 250 g de sucre
• ½ cuillères à café de cannelle
• ¼ de cuillère à café de gingembre en poudre

Préparation du gâteau au fromage

1ère étape : Biscuit

• Préchauffer le four à 350°F
• Mélanger les biscuits et le beurre fondu
• Tasser au fond d’un moule à charnière (d’environ 22 cm de diamètre)
• Enfourner et laisser cuire 15 minutes
• Sortir du four et laisser refroidir

2nde étape : Garniture

• Mélanger le cream cheese et la purée de potiron
• Ajouter les œufs, le sucre, la cannelle, et le gingembre
• Verser dans le moule, sur le fond précuit, et faire cuire environ 50 minutes à 300°F.
• Sortir du four et laisser la cuisson s’achever à température ambiante.

3ème étape : Décorer le gâteau

• 1/2 tasse sucre à glacer
• 1/8 cuillère à thé cannelle
• 1/8 cuillère à thé muscade
• 2 cuillères à table lait

Battez l’ensemble des ingrédients tous ensemble puis répartissez sur votre gâteau au fromage !

Placez au réfrigérateur quelques heures avant de le déguster ☺

The month of September, back to school, the end of summer ... Even if the summer is not over yet it's time to switch its iced tea recipes for latté, chaï latté ... What do you think ?

This is why we propose today in this post a recipe of chai latte to regale your palates!

Ingredients

For the ingredients nothing complicated, here are the main ones:

• 1 sachet of full-bodied chai tea, or one teaspoon of chai tea
• ½ cup boiling water
• ½ cup skimmed milk, almond, soy ... the one of your choice
• ½ tsp sugar
• 1 pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

• Infuse the tea bag in water for about 5 minutes.
• Heat the milk at full strength and then foam the milk with a whisk.
• Add the sugar, and the cinnamon in the tea, pour the milk in the infused water

Don't forget to accompany your delicious latte tea with a pastry with cinnamon, pumpkin or chocolate ... ☺

What is Bubble Tea?

Bubble tea or boba tea means tea with pearls or bubbles. Originally from Taiwan, this drink was born in the 80s. It is a delicious blend of green tea, or black with fruity flavors and usually with an addition of milk (almond, soy). The large tapioca pearls that line the bottom of the glass make it a unique and rather atypical drink. The tapioca beads of size XXL are aspirated thanks to a big straw. This soft and sweet drink is perfect for a gourmet and refreshing break!

Recipe for bubble tea: mango and coconut milk

Ingredients

2 cups of large black, green or white tapioca beads
1 sachet of green tea 1 can of coconut milk of 400 ml
2 cups mango nectar or 2 fresh mixed mangos

Preparation

Cook tapioca beads for about 20 minutes in boiling water.
Let rest for 20 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water.

Bring a cup of water to a boil.
Place the tea bag in the water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool. Allow to cool for 30 minutes. Pour the tea in the mixer container add coconut milk and mango nectar.

Emulsify 30 seconds.

Distribute the tapioca beads in the glasses. Add the ice cubes then the mixture to the tea. Serve and taste with a big straw, the turn is played ☺
